Exchange or return?

You may exchange or return products without giving any reasons within 7 business days as from their receipt. If you aren't happy with a specific product and would like to return it, we say: not happy = get your money back! In such cases, please ensure to return the product in its original state. That means: returned products may not have been used and must be in their original packaging.

If you wish to exchange or return ordered items, please inform us within 7 business days as from the respective order's receipt. In order to do so, please mail to info@wheelylift.com. In the following, you may download a return form to print out from our website. Please state requested exchange products on this form. If you request your money back, please do not forget to provide us with details on the bank account you want us to transfer the money to. Please do not forget to clearly state name and address of the account holder.

Shipping costs for returns are to be borne by you. Please ensure to properly prepay returns. We will not bear possible extra postage caused by insufficiently stamped returns.

For returns, Wheelylift.com bv will transfer the price for respective items to your bank account within 10 business days as from receipt.
